Itemized Deduction For Real Estate Taxes
In 2011, the Association paid a total of $19,871.83 in real estate taxes. There are a total of 1148 lots that share the cost of these taxes by payment of their Association dues. Each lot's share is $17.31. If your 2011 assessment is paid in full, and you itemize deductions on your income tax, you can claim that amount on line 6 of Schedule A.

Donate Cans for Fireworks Fund
Our Independence Day fireworks are funded with money received from your donations of aluminum cans. We have fenced off an area by the maintenance shop/barn and the marina storage area and it is clearly labeled "aluminum cans". You can drop off cans anytime it is convenient for you.
Please do not place garbage or any other recyclables in this designated area. Thanks!
